Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Administrator with a recruitment background to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the efficient operation of our office and provide critical support to our HR and recruiting efforts. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth flow of operations, and contributing to our mission of finding and nurturing top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR and recruitment team, including calendar management, correspondence, document preparation, and data entry.
- Recruitment Assistance: Utilize your recruitment background to assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Office Management: Manage office supplies, maintain a tidy and organized workspace, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external parties, maintaining clear and efficient communication.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases related to HR and recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Background in recruitment or HR with a strong understanding of the hiring process.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
